We have undertaken a few refurbishments this year, turning houses into flats and tired homes into luxury modern places to live.
These pictures show before and after work carried out at a property in Wroughton.
We gutted the internal rooms re-plastered, fitted a new kitchen, bathroom suite with shower, new coal effect fire and gave the large fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom new opening doors giving it a modern finish.
The wiring was overhauled, new replacement double glazed windows and doors were fitted.
To give the whole property a better lay out a new extension was built completely across the rear of the home to give extra space to the Kitchen, Bathroom and Office/Study this has created more room for all the family.
To finish the refurbishment carpets, floor and walls tiles were laid and decoration to the walls and ceilings made the transformation complete.
